This website is operated by Samiracle LLC, doing business as SeaBound Miracles. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Samiracle LLC d/b/a SeaBound Miracles. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - DROPSHIPPING & THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS
Samiracle LLC d/b/a SeaBound Miracles operates as an e-commerce retailer utilizing direct-to-consumer dropshipping workflows and third-party fulfillment partners. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Products may ship directly from specialized third-party manufacturing facilities or warehouse distribution centers.
• Estimated Delivery Windows: Any shipping dates or transit times provided on product pages or order confirmations are estimates only. While we work diligently with our logistics suppliers to meet specified timelines, transit times are not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier delays, customs processing, or regional supply disruptions.
• Order Splitting: Orders containing multiple items may ship separately in multiple packages with individual tracking numbers, depending on warehouse sourcing.

SECTION 2 - AQUARIUMS, MARINE EQUIPMENT & SPECIALIZED PRODUCT USAGE
Aquariums, glass habitats, filtration systems, pumps, lighting, and marine equipment require careful handling, proper assembly, and routine maintenance.
• Inspection Upon Arrival: Due to the delicate nature of glass aquariums and electrical marine hardware, you are required to thoroughly inspect all packages upon arrival. Any visible physical damage, cracking, or shipping defects must be reported to SeaBound Miracles customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
• Assumption of Risk & Secondary Damages: Samiracle LLC d/b/a SeaBound Miracles is not liable for secondary or consequential damages resulting from improper assembly, faulty setup, incorrect electrical hookups, glass breakage during/after installation, water leaks, property/flooring water damage, or loss of aquatic life.
• Product Specifications: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify load-bearing capacity of surfaces, electrical compatibility, and appropriate environmental conditions prior to setup.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
• Visual Representation: We make every effort to display colors, dimensions, and visual features of our aquariums and accessories as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display will reflect exact real-life colors.
• Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or supplier pricing updates, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
• Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit sales or order quantities per person, household, or billing address at our sole discretion.

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and payment details, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as necessary.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & EXTERNAL LINKS
We may provide access to optional third-party tools or links to external websites over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Samiracle LLC d/b/a SeaBound Miracles and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
